This painting, with its various stages of development, was submitted at the invitation of the Federation of Canadian Artists' Art Avenue Magazine. It was featured in the November / December 2006 Issue as part of their ongoing series 
"A Painting In The Life Of". 

It was accompanied by a narrative explaining the process used by the artist, from inspiration through to completion of the work.
